1. Digital Product Description

Each digital artwork available on ImmrtlArts will be accompanied by a detailed product description outlining its features, specifications, and intended use. 2. Purchase and Payment

2.1 All purchases of digital artwork are final. Once the transaction is complete and payment is received, customers will have access to download the digital artwork.

2.2 Prices for digital artworks are listed in ₹ (INR), inclusive of all taxes and service charges.

3. Shipping, Delivery and Access

3.1 Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to download links for their purchased digital products. Download links will be available in the customer's account or delivered via email.

3.2 ImmrtlArts is not responsible for any issues arising from the customer's inability to download or access the digital artwork due to technical issues on the customer's end.

3.3 Kindly note, there won't be any physical delivery due to the nature of digital products, however if there's introduction to the new set of product line which involves physical delivery it will be notified over one of the policies on ImmrtlArts platform.

4. License and Usage

All digital artworks are sold with a license for personal, non-commercial use only. Customers are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or use the digital artwork for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

5. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, download items don't accept returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and contact ImmrtlArts support with any questions before making a purchase.

6. Technical Support

ImmrtlArts will provide reasonable technical support related to the functionality and access of digital artworks. Customers can contact support through services@immrtlarts.com

7. Intellectual Property

"Dear valued customers, each product in our store is uniquely crafted, and we hold the exclusive rights to sell any quantity based on demand. Should you come across a similar listing elsewhere, we kindly request you to report it to our services team. The intellectual property rights of all digital artwork remain with ImmrtlArts or its licensors. Customers are granted a license to use the artwork/files in accordance with this policy.
